Airtym combines scheduling, video calls and payments into one slick tool, so professionals and businesses can focus on their clients instead of juggling apps.

I led the end-to-end design of the Airtym app, from UX strategy to final interface delivery. This included defining user flows, creating the full app UI, designing the admin dashboards, and preparing all launch materials.

I handled:

• Product UX architecture (user flows, IA, journey mapping)
• Full app design (all screens, interactions, design system)
• Admin dashboard design
• Landing page and launch website
• Email templates and notification system
• Design–developer handoff and implementation support

The core of Airtym is a simple loop: a professional sets their availability and price, gets a clear confirmation, then reviews incoming requests and accepts or declines them in one tap. Every session has a single details view with the purpose of the call, time and a price summary.

One home for the day ahead: availability slots, upcoming sessions you can join in a click, recent bookings and requests, and earnings at a glance. Bookings, Earnings and Reviews each get their own focused view.

A calm sign-in that sells the promise (real help, real fast) and an in-app video session with recording, screen sharing and chat, so the consultation never leaves Airtym.

Structured admin tools for the team behind the product: platform-wide numbers on the dashboard, plus a per-user view with wallet balance, booking history, withdrawals and internal notes.

My work helped Airtym:
