Overview
From user flows to a launched product.
I designed DiirectCare for DiirectCare Limited over 12 weeks. I started with the user flow diagrams, then designed the app screens for patients and the dashboards for hospitals and doctors. The product has launched.
Information architecture & flows
User flows
I mapped the system roles first, covering patients, doctors and admins and how each one gets into the product, and then the structure of the patient dashboard.

Wireframes
Wireframes
Low-fidelity screens for account creation, OTP verification, setup and sign-in.

Complex features & interactions
The patient app
Onboarding, sign-in, membership, requesting care, appointment details and calls with a doctor.

Final designs
Dashboards for hospitals and doctors
Account setup, cases waiting for a doctor, doctor and patient profiles, consultations and test results.

Outcomes & impact
The impact
DiirectCare launched with a patient app and dashboards for hospitals and doctors, built on the user flows I mapped at the start of the project.
Each role has its own way in. Patients sign up themselves with a phone number or email and get a reference ID and QR code that follow them through every visit. Doctors can't sign up on their own: an admin creates their account, assigns their permissions and sends their login details. That keeps patient access open while provider access stays controlled.
