Sqoolify

I led the product design of Sqoolify, a school management platform built to connect administrators, teachers, students, and parents through one cohesive digital experience.

My focus was on simplifying complex school operations and translating them into intuitive, role-specific interfaces. From administrative dashboards and staff management to student records, parent portals, payments, examinations, and timetables, I designed experiences that made essential information easier to access and everyday tasks easier to manage.

Tools for the people running the school: a teacher dashboard with the notice board, exam question approvals, student profiles with study progress, and account settings.

A view built for parents: each child's profile and learning activity, school fees and payments, class timetables, and school notices.

The design brought greater structure and clarity to the school management experience. Rather than forcing every user through the same interface, each dashboard was tailored to the needs and responsibilities of its audience.

Administrators could oversee school operations, teachers could manage academic activities, students could access their learning information, and parents could stay informed about their children's progress, schedules, and payments — all within one connected platform.
